I understand and agree that listing my business or product on this directory is merely to assist with my web presence.  I also understand that there is no guarantee that I will get new business or that my item will be sold.

I understand that the site is an information and entertainment site and that it does not necessarily represent my views or beliefs.  It is here as a vehicle for me to get traffic for my business and/or product.

Payment/Refund

I understand that it is a paid directory in most cases and my listing will be shown for the amount of time that was paid for and indicated on the package I purchased.  No refunds are available.  Should there be issues with the site, ad time will be extended for the length of time the site was in maintenance.

Liability

Views and opinions are those of the content creator and contributors.  I understand that they are freely expressing their opinions and will not be held responsible for my choosing to list my business or product on their directory/site.
